Using phase-field fracture and classical phase-field method to track phase change we modeled lithiation-driven plastic swelling and fracture of silicon crystalline nanopillars.
Using phase-field fracture (variational approach to fracture mechanics) and my parallel FE code, there is a wide range of fracture mechanics problems that can be solved.
